We process and ship out orders 5 days a week.

Please note that the following delivery terms apply exclusively to private customers. If you are a verified customer, feel free to contact us directly for further information and specific delivery arrangements.

DENMARK

Dao is our primary carrier in Denmark.
Packages will be delivered within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday) with one of our Express shipping options, but may take up to 5 days. Please wait until after this time frame to inquire about your package. Price and shipping time vary depending on location.

EUROPE

Delivery by international courier services!
Packages will be delivered in Europe within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday) with one of our Express shipping options, but may take up to 5 days. Please wait until after this time frame to inquire about your package. Price and shipping time vary depending on location. Free shipping is not available for Express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery by international courier services!
Shipping time for our Standard delivery option is generally between 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday) but may take up to 10 days depending on your location. Please wait until after this time frame to inquire about your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
